Pratt and Whitney's Compression Systems Engineering (CSE), designers and analysts of advanced Fans, Low and High Pressure Compressors, is currently seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Associate Structures Engineer to join its team in support of the JSF/F119 Fan/LPC Structures Group.

Key attributes and responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed structural analysis using hand calculations and complex finite element software
  • Be able to document and present your results to both local team members and high level program chiefs
  • Work well with a team of engineers from multiple disciplines
  • Learn new software and engineering skills and apply them successfully


Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?

  •     You're in an accredited four year degree program and are entering or currently in your last year. 
  • You are graduating by Summer 2020
  •     You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale 

    How about any of these Preferred Qualifications?  
  •     Entry-level Co-op/internship experience
  •     Extraordinary interpersonal skills and proven track record of collaboration, adaptability, innovation and initiative
  •     You demonstrate good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
