We have an opportunity for a Service Support Specialist, Aftermarket Services to work in P&W's Commercial Aftermarket Organization supporting P&W's Engine Health Monitoring and Data Services. These services are part of P&W's broader digital strategy to utilize engine operational data to support customers and our analytics development efforts. The selected candidate will work in a team environment responsible for supporting internal and external customers while interfacing with various internal P&W organizations including, Aftermarket, Engineering, Digital Technology and others, along with external airline customers. Further opportunities include use and/or training on data analytics, SQL Developer, etc. and business process development and execution.

Project 1: Customer Report Processing - Engine utilization report implementation

  • Coordinate with internal personnel and external airlines to implement and test customer provided automated utilization reports

  • Track processing of reports over period of time and compare accuracy against P&W internal tools (e.g. "Eaglelive") and reported flight count

    Project 2: Configuration management support for P&W Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) System (ADEM - Advanced Diagnostics & Engine Management)

  • Identify engines listed in monitoring system and align with associated customer contracts

  • Develop process to sustain accurate configuration control

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities leveraging data from other systems

  • Identify and implement additional improvement opportunities related to contract details

    Experience/Qualifications:

  • US Person

  • Must possess a strong desire to achieve results, work in a collaborative environment and take initiative

    Education/Certification:

  • Must currently be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in technical or business field

  • First year (Freshman) undergraduate coursework should be complete

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher required
