F135 Depot Repair Enhancement Manager (DREP)

The F135 leadership focal point is to effectively status all depot level parts supporting five F135 Depot sites and two Interim Contractor Sites performing depot level maintenance. This position will lead multiple members from different organizations to create, coordinate and support building the DREP program briefing package and track all actions.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Being the primary facilitator to lead weekly/monthly discussions on depot monthly module production for current year
  • Assessing inventory levels, WIP and new/repair commitments, depot kitting performance and fleet health status, holding Action Plan owners accountable
  • You will also ensure alignment with the Contract/Business team on the Module workscope induction/production requirement, and with MESO operations scheduler on module Maximum Effective Work In Progress/Target Turn Around Time

Education / Certifications
  • BS in aerospace, engineering, or a technical field


Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
  • BS in aerospace, engineering, or a technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management
  • US Citizen, due to government contracts
  • Have the ability to obtain a government security clearance


Or these Preferred Qualifications?
  • 7+ years technical and/or logistics background
  • We want you to have depot-level maintenance experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft software programs/data bases/Project/Visio
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment, analytical skills and experience
