The Fleet Programs group manages long-term engine maintenance agreements (i.e. contracts) with commercial airline customers. Contractual services include engine overhaul and repair, on-wing and off-wing maintenance planning, coordination of on-wing services, engine health monitoring and logistical support.

Key responsibilities of this position may include:

  • Partnering with fleet managers to support operational aspects of managing the Fleet Programs business portfolio.

  • Executing tasks to achieve contractual obligations that meet Profit & Loss objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining accurate engine removal forecasts, coordinating engine removal inductions, administering aspects of customer invoicing/reporting and developing internal and external communications/presentations.

  • Collaborating with global engine center network overhaul and repair shops and Engine Services technical teams to maintain/improve shop visit turnaround time.

  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of all financial metrics packages.
  • Working initiatives to improve group processes.


    Strong communication and analytical skills


  • Must currently be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (a STEM or business field of study is preferred)

  • First year (Freshman) undergraduate coursework should be complete

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher required
