In this highly visible role, the F100-PW-220 Program Manager will lead the 220 engine program and Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT). In this role, responsibilities include oversight of the F100-PW-220 Component Improvement Program (CIP), Engine Life Management Planning (ELMP), Program Support Team, Engine Production Support and Sustainment (EAPS), and supporting proposal efforts to capture new business and product improvement initiatives across the portfolio. The end result is the support of world-wide fleets for domestic and international engine customers operating the F100-PW-220 through their planned retirement dates, currently estimated at 2045+. This position reports to the Associate Director, F100/TF33/J52 Program Management Lead. Superior leadership, teamwork and communications skills are required. The F100-PW-220 PM must be detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills. The F100 PM must have the ability to deliver on commitments while balancing strategic, business and competing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the F100-PW-220 Integrated Program Management Team Collaborate with internal functional organizations (logistics, program, Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT), technical/engineering, contracts, legal, financial, business development)
  • Interface with the F100/TF33/J52 Program Office to integrate current and future customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure critical programmatic issues are identified, communicated, elevated and acted on in a timely fashion
  • Ensure proper resource allocation for the F100-PW-220 Integrated Program Management Team
  • Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement for root cause investigations and identifying corrective actions
  • Support export compliance activities related to all foreign customers and industry partners
