A rare opportunity exists to join us in the role of a Quality Engineer at our East Hartford, CT Facility.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting commercial & Military part repair for several engine shops both domestic and international.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Support of shop floor activities
  • Answer inspector questions on issues
  • Support production requirements
  • Support the Repair of engine parts
  • Respond to customer escapes
  • Customer reviews for Root Cause and Corrective Actions
  • You'll ensure overall customer happiness
  • Handle non-conforming material Support Audits by Customers and Regulatory bodies.
  • Report quality metrics and drive target achievements Willing to become an FAA Inspection Repairmen
  • You'll be involved in ACE management, ITC compliance, and employee engagement
  • You are a US Cictzen, due to government contracts.
Education
  • BA/BS in Engineering
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience with proven ability to work with a diverse group of skilled workers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
