The Commercial Budget Manager for the Instrumentation Cell, is a supporting role for coordinating Instrumentation cost / scheduling supporting commercial engine program budgets for Systems Engineering - Validation (SEV) in Middletown, CT. Individual should have experience with project management and be able to apply standard methodologies to SEV. Individual will work and support the Discipline Managers within Instrumentation, Validation Managers, Program budget mangers and Program Office to identify budget estimates, support proposals, track monthly performance, costs and staffing levels, support the OMM manpower process, and communicate risks and opportunities. Success will be measured by meeting program timelines and managing financial risks for funded programs. Some travel required. Responsibilities of this support role include:
