We have an outstanding opportunity for a Program Manager role at our East Hartford, CT Campus.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

•You will be responsible for the execution and communication of the commercial strategy across various internal and external facing organizations to ensure success. This leadership position requires strong focus on results skills, outstanding teamwork, and communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.

•Set strategy and give organizational direction for data driven fleet retrofits based on technical specifications

•Hold multiple organizations accountable for given strategies and directs work to achieve these targets

•Identify and escalate program problems and supports resolutions to ensure the successful completion of priorities to all levels of management.

•Partner with various functional organizations to achieve alignment with customer and program objectives.

•Lead cross functional processes aligned with given priorities.

•IT management project lead for data based fleet management access database transition to more sustainable tool

•Demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

Education

•Bachelorâ€s degree in Engineering or Business field is required.

Basic Qualifications:

•US Citizenship is a requirement.

•A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience required

•A minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Masters†degree preferred.
