Job Description:
As part of the Military Customer Support & Services F100 Product Line, the candidate will work within a team of engine component hardware Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) to support our 23 worldwide Customers. The successful candidate will also assist in engineering investigations, field communications and daily responses to technical questions. The candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - position requires close coordination with the CSEs, integrated product team including engineering, as well as field service representatives supporting customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate would have excellent presentation skills in order to present technical issues and propose solutions during internal and customer meetings. Must be able to perform multiple tasks while working independently, or as a member of a team in a dynamic organization.  The position will have exposure to various hardware responsibilities within CSE, with the possibility of permanent placement in a specific hardware group as the need arises.

Required: 3+ years of experience (can include co-op/intern and/or full-time experience) in a combination of the following: reading technical engineering blueprints, military support & services, F100 experience


Technical familiarity with Engineering Blueprints and ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of Air Force Technical Orders and familiarity with jet engine hardware, maintenance or operations preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate activities across groups/departments
Effective use of Microsoft Office


BA/BS degree required; a degree in Engineering or related field preferred
