Responsibilities:

  • Performance of skilled manufacturing operations such as production machining, assembly/test, inspection, electrical/electronic or construction.
  • Planning and allocation of resources, materials and scheduling of equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
  • Establish physical layout of machinery and most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.
  •  Incumbentâ€s responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:

  • Supervision ï,
  • Production ï,
  • Planning & Scheduling ï,
  • Allocation of resources ï,
  • Machining ï,
  • Tool & Die ï,
  • Design and sequence of operations ï,
  • Industrial Engineering Level of Responsibility: ï,
  • Assigned to small projects or discreet tasks within functional discipline ï,
  • Depends upon others for guidance and direction ï,
  • Still learning the fundamentals of the discipline and role ï,
  • Typically has limited experience within discipline ï,
  • Understands key concepts in their discipline

    Basic Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree with 10 years  or more  experience OR
    • MA/MS degree with 5 or more years†experience
    • US Citizen is required due to government contract

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, engineering or leading multi organizational teams.
    • Ability to craft clear communication
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills
    • Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
    • Possess excellent judgement and professional maturity
    • Understands strategic and business implications and works to provide best P&W solutions.
    • High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools.
    • Proficient with MRP/SAP experience is strongly preferred
    • Reputation for exceptional project management skills
