Aftermarket Operations is seeking a Controller to run/oversee Other Operations & Supply Chain Finance. Other Operations consists of three businesses including, Repair Supplier Logistics, Line Maintenance Services and Tooling Support Services. This position will oversee all finance functions for Other Operations and support Aftermarket Supply Chain in various activities.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals across all functions of the businesses, including group Aftermarket finance, engineering, customer service and operations. You will also have good visibility to the senior leadership of these businesses.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Controller directly supporting the General Manager, operations, and Aftermarket Supply Chain Leadership

Direct the monthly closing and variance analysis of the monthly financial results

Provide monthly summary of results and forecast to the local operations team, Aftermarket Supply Chain and Aftermarket Operations FP&A team

Provide financial support to business units to focus on key financial and operation metrics that are aligned to cost reduction and margin expansion

Coordinate the monthly forecasting, annual, and long range planning / processes for the income statement, balance sheet, shop cost per hour, shop workload, and manpower planning

Forecast, partner with, and assist Aftermarket Supply Chain with the forecasting, growth and reporting of license income and vendor rebates

Support business case analysis as necessary for capital investment items related to the business units

Lead all eSOX and internal control activities; including annual GAP assessments, testing, and close out of open tickets.

Administer the monthly cycle count reporting process to ensure unit is in compliance with P&W inventory policies.

Support the Aftermarket Operations finance team with ad hoc financial requirements, including; journal entries, invoicing, account reconciliations, ACE control tower(s), and other miscellaneous initiatives from the business unit leaders.

Liaison with Aftermarket Operations FP&A team in support of various closing and reporting related items

Basic Qualifications:

8+ yrs Controller or Finance Mgmt experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 5+ yrs Controller or Finance Mgmt experience with a Masters degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience

Advanced degree

Familiarity with Microsoft Office based applications and systems such as SAP, HFM and Business Warehouse is preferred

The ideal candidate must have strong financial and analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate throughout all functions of these businesses. In addition, the Controller must have a strong desire to drive the results of the business and implement process improvement initiatives.
