The Deputy ITC Manager for Commercial Engines (CE) is responsible for the CE ITC (International Trade Compliance) team. This includes day-to-day oversight of transactions and operations, as well as the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of team projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the larger CE and Legal Compliance organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full and part-time CE ITC team tactically and strategically, in a programmatic way (managing resources appropriately, tracking timelines and deliverables)
  • Provide business support and strategic ITC input
  • Manage CE sanctions, screening and antiboycott processes to include escalations, sanctions and the Global Risk Review
  • Review CE ITC policies and procedures and associated Alternate Means of Compliance (AMOCs)
  • Handle special projects including revamping the ITC Site Lead roles and responsibilities and handling geopolitical items that arise


Do you meet the Basic Qualifications?
  • BA/BS required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Travel Required: 10-20%


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent experience
  • ITC knowledge and demonstrated experience
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Adaptability
  • Able to perform in a fast paced environment
