The Internship is designed to provide students with extensive exposure to the world of project management, data analysis, and customer support in providing the opportunity to utilize traditional classroom learning in on-the-job applications.

Interns will be supporting the Fleet & Logistics team within the PW1100G-JM program team to ensure to success and timeliness of fleet support.  As an intern, individuals will be integrated within the organization and given value-adding tasks and projects to complete throughout the summer, ending with an out-brief presentation to executives and staff.

Every intern will be paired with a mentor with expertise in the organization to help with personal career planning and goals. 

Background on Program Management at Pratt & Whitney

At Pratt & Whitney, The PW1100G-JM Program Management team is responsible for working closely with Customer Support, Airframers , Operations, and Engineering in assuring all program and customer priorities are achieved for new and existing products. The organization is responsible for delivering on contractual, quality, and cost goals, including focused efforts on design changes and strategic initiatives.

Key projects & responsibilities:

Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts .
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
  • Fields of study are: Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
  • You are graduating between: December 2020 to May 2022
  • You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.


Preferred Qualifications?
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
