Role & Responsibilities:

As the Capital Projects Coordinator you'll be responsible for the efficient development, planning, scheduling and execution of capital projects for the Powerhouses in East Hartford and Middletown CT.
In this role you will receive, review, understand and prioritize all capital plan requests.  You will establish a schedule for scope definition, project development, writing of RFPâ€s, bid requests and reviews, and project execution. You will also be responsible for the timely execution of the capital plan and budget tracking.

Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?

  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts .
  • You will receive an accredited four year degree in December 2019 or May 2020
  • Fields of study are: business, science or other related field
  • You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale


How about any of these Preferred Qualifications?
  • Entry-level Co-op/internship experience
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and proven track record of collaboration, adaptability, innovation and initiative
  • You demonstrate good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
