The Pratt & Whitney Engine Design & Systems Integration (EDSI) organization is focused on delivering customer requirements, advancing market-differentiating technologies, leading continuous improvement and developing technical leadership. This Co-op position will w ork in a diverse Engineering group responsible for overseeing, leading, and coordinating the design, development, and validation of engine components and systems for the NGPF Program. Will assist engineers leading cross-functional teams to resolve engine technical integration issues while successfully meeting engine configuration requirements, including reliability, maintainability, safety, durability, life, weight, cost, quality & schedule. Will have the opportunity to use Unigraphics, Team Center, SharePoint and Microsoft associated tools.
This is a co-op position and is located in East Hartford, CT. Position is for approximately Jan 2020 through Aug 2020.
Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
- You're in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering degree program.
- Fields of study: Mechanical engineering or related field.
- You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
