Responsibilities:

  • Performance of skilled manufacturing operations such as production machining, assembly/test, inspection, electrical/electronics or construction.
  • Planning and allocation of resources, materials and scheduling of equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
  • Establish physical layout of machinery and most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.
  •  Incumbent's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:

  Supervision Production Planning & Scheduling Allocation of resources Machining Tool & Die Design and sequence of operations Industrial Engineering Level of Responsibility: Assigned to small projects or discreet tasks within functional discipline Depends upon others for guidance and direction Still learning the fundamentals of the discipline and role Typically has limited experience within discipline Understands key concepts in their discipline

Basic Requirements:
  •  AA/AS degree with 5-10 years experience OR
  • BA/BS degree with 2-5 years experience OR
  • MA/MS degree with 0-2 years experience
  • US Citizen is required due to government contract

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to craft clear communication
  • Possess excellent judgement and professional maturity
  • Creative troubleshooting skills
  • Build positive relationships
