The Human Partner Manager role will work to educate and engage employees on employee relations issues and initiatives as well as coordinates with business partners for client management concerns. You will Organize and maintain the compliance policies in preparation for investigations and Manages relationships across specialized departments to plan and meet human resource needs. Being able to works across multiple HR disciplines or within shared service environment is critical for your success in this role.

This role will allow you to compile and analyze statistical or personnel-related data, such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates; ensures the applicable data is current and accurate. On a regular basis addresses human resources policies, procedures, plans and programs consistent with applicable employment laws and regulations; confirms that employment laws and regulations are followed accordingly.

Being able to create, review and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and directories, or performance evaluation forms to ensure human resources process and program efficiency on a regular basis.

Your eagerness to educate and engage employees on employee relations issues and initiatives.

Trusted Advisor: Act as a credible and trusted advisor who can influence leaders

Relationship Builder: Ability to develop and effectively leverage relationships across HR and within the business unit

Talent Champion: Drive excellence throughout the organization by assessing and developing talent

Culture & Change Ambassador: Embody, influence and drive culture throughout the business

Communication Skills - Ability to coach, consult and influence leaders regarding the importance of good "people" practices and the links to business success; ability to conduct effective presentations, facilitate meetings; ability to be approachable and empathetic to employee needs.

Human Resources Acumen - Ability to understand the total HR framework from strategy through implementation; possesses reasonably broad HR domain knowledge in areas such as Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Effectiveness, Compensation & Recruiting.

Do you meet the Basic Qualifications?

  • BA/BS Degree with applicable experience
  • 2 + years of project management
  • Familiarity with FMLA and other legal/HR/compliance requirements is necessary
How about the Preferred?
  • Experience with Business Analytics
  • Knowledgeable of coaching supervisors and managers through performance management process.
  • 2+ years of investigations, employee engagement, and partnership with the business Experience
